Additional Recommended Measurements:
 Chest A-P - at the apex of the kyphosis
 Chin to waist - supine
 Occiput to waist - prone, head neutral
 Neck A-P - from mid-throat anteriorly to 1cm below occiput posteriorly
 Neck M-L - at mid-neck

Options:
 Would you like a low profile or a high profile neck ring? (We recommend a high profile neck ring when treating Scheuermann’s Kyphosis)
 Would you like a floating or a stationary kyphosis pad? (A floating kyphosis pad is an option.)
 If treating Kyphosis: we need a lateral x-ray (Sagittal view)
 If treating Scoliosis: we need a P-A x-ray (Coronal view)
 Please be advised that we expect there to be minor adjustments necessary at the time of brace delivery to the patient
