Sales Representative at Boston Brace/NOPCO

Summary:
The Sales Representative will identify and increase NOPCO clinical sales locally and regionally, beginning with sales lead identification, through contract execution, while maintaining current growth areas and relationships.

•      Research and analyze market demographics and projected trends for hospitals, physicians, and patients.
•      Develop goals and timelines for growing referral volumes with new and/or established physicians, hospitals, medical centers, and area schools.
•      Execute sales and retention strategies; track and report on activities and issues; close new business in accordance with predetermined targets.
•      Ensure open communication and follow up with physicians and hospital administrators to close new or additional business growth opportunities.
•      Prepare and present monthly sales reports, identifying trends, additional business opportunities, and any challenges to new business growth.
•      Continuously modify sales and retention strategies/plans to ensure the most advantageous business outcomes.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences. Experience in the medical industry and knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology; experience with Orthotics/Prosthetics industry and trends is a plus.

•      Ability to successfully network and negotiate
•      Willingness to travel over a wide geographic area to meet with clients
•      Must be self-directed and flexible to work a varied schedule
